CHEERS to the month of love!

Valentines is quickly becoming one of my favorite holidays around here! I mean, who doesn’t love the excuse to sprinkle pops of pink & hearts all over the house? But I’m dying to know…

How do you like to spend Valentines day?! Are you a stay in or go out kinda girl? It’s no secret over here I am the biggest homebody everrrr so I love any excuse to curl up on the couch for a movie night in! & what goes best with a movie night in…hot chocolate! Am I right?! So I thought I would it would be fun to switch things up and do a Valentines hot chocolate cart for the PERFECT valentines night in! Keep reading for the recipe for this adorable PINK white hot chocolate at the end of the post!

It’s no surprise our bar cart is becoming my favorite little space in our home to decorate for the holidays!

I have to say the “love” light up marquee sign might just be my fav! With this being a hot chocolate bar intended to be for a NIGHT IN I knew I wanted to light it up lol so I brought in all the candles & twinkle lights!

It also wouldn’t be a perfect night in without a few little sweet treats!

I also found the cutest coffee cups just incase you wanted to take your hot chocolate “on the go”!

Shop my Valentines hot chocolate cart

PINK white hot chocolate RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk (almond milk, whole milk, low fat…whatever your preference)
  • 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • whipped cream
  • toppings of your choice (chocolate chips, marshmellows, sprinkles…)

Directions

  1. Bring milk to a simmer
  2. Add in white chocolate chips & vanilla extract and stir until all the chips melt
  3. Add 1 drop of pink food coloring or more depending on the shade of pink you want
  4. Pour in glasses & add all the toppings you desire
